Zack was introduced to the fitness lifestyle early in childhood, playing in a handful of intramural sports. Soccer being his passion at the time.
In high school, he got into competitive powerlifting where he was introduced to safety in the weight room as well as proper technique to achieve maximum power and strength. He has held records in both APF and AAPF Organizations, best being 402lbs deadlift at 132 bodyweight.
Now he puts his focus on improving people’s lives through health and fitness. He enjoys the great outdoors and is an avid hiker, and competes in bodybuilding competitions occasionally. He continues to learn new principles and techniques through training seminars and continuing education so he is able to bring the best knowledge to his clients.
